Hotel is well located close to the old town and the waterfront, as well as close to the shopping streets that run from the train station to the old town. Room was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and breakfast included a reasonable selection.

When we first arrived we were given a room on the first floor overlooking the street and the noise was terrible, The staff were great and relocated us to a much quieter room on the 5th Floor. This was ok until we were woken by a dog in the next room. The dog had been left by its owners when they went for their breakfast and the hotel staff set about finding them, when they did eventually return to the room they were very abusive. I am not sure if the hotel staff were aware of the dog in the room. Overall the staff were brilliant and very friendly and enjoyed our stay a part for the couple of issues.

The location is perfect for a visit in Bari. The breakfast was various and good, we enjoyed the fresh baked croissants very much. The price in January was good, and the heating was great, though on one day we were so overheated we had to sleep by an open window. The people were nice.

Owing to a delay, we missed our connecting flight to Brindisi, so flew to Bari instead and made the booking via the app on the train from the airport. On arrival late at night, we were given a genuine, warm welcome and a terrific recommendation for somewhere to eat that was round the corner and still open. The location was excellent, less than ten minutes' walk from the railway station, and very good for the port and old town, where we had a good walk round the next morning. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Next time, we will probably elect to fly Bari and stay here.

Overall, this was a very central and well-kept hotel. Breakfast was as good as we have experienced anywhere we have visited. Staff pleasant.

Location, near Bari Vecchia, bars and restaurants, and the waterfront. A wonderful elegant breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses and even gf items. Breakfast caffè was wonderful. My bathroom was big and functional but oddly arranged, with toiletries behind the big door. The air conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly.

The location was a perfect balance between the train station, Old Town and sea front, couldn't be better. Breakfast was vast, fresh and plentiful. Staff were very kind, always with a smile and ready to help you. Martina gave us good eatery recommendations. Perfect holiday all the way.
